Old West Stables is 15 miles before the Grand Canyon West Rim & Skywalk.
We are located at the Grand Canyon Western Ranch (3750 East Diamond Bar Road).
The ranch is at mile marker 6 on the south side of Diamond Bar Road.
Our horse trails wind along the eastern edge of the Mojave Desert just under the Colorado Plateau. Joshua Trees, Pinyon Pines and other desert plants are everywhere. The rides include a visit to our buffalo herd.

We offer unique guided horse and wagon rides at the Grand Canyon Western Ranch outside of Meadview, Arizona (16 miles away). The Grand Canyon West Rim and Skywalk is a little over 20 minutes away. We are located 1 hour and 45 minutes East of Las Vegas, Nevada, and 1 hour North of Kingman, Arizona.

  • Take a family friendly guided horse ride (from beginner to advanced) with experienced wranglers. 
  • Protective helmets are required for children 9 -17 years (which we provide).
  • Come for a ride and stay for the day. The Grand Canyon Western Ranch, also offers helicopter rides with Wild West Helicopters into the Grand Canyon. The Ranch offers overnight cabins, Old West history, a bar, nightly campfires with cowboy entertainers, and a restaurant in the historic Ranch House.
